Release Note: Request Missing Funds when Searching in Fundbase

Dear User

To further improve our service towards our investor community, we added a new feature that allows investors to request funds that are not yet listed on our platform. If you are looking for a fund that isn’t part of our platform yet, you as an investor can easily raise a request to our operations team to reach out to the fund and make it available on Fundbase.

When you’re using the universal search bar and you miss a fund, just click Request fund and a simple form will pop up.

Give us as much information as you have and click on Send request. Our operations team will take over and start our onboarding process. We will keep you posted and let you know as soon as the onboarding is completed. Try it now and let us know which funds you would like to see on Fundbase soon.

If you have any questions regarding these changes or any other components, please get in touch with us immediately (support@fundbase.com). We’re more than happy to answer your questions and learn from your experience!
